AJB Autos Bridgetown

Had ute troubles whilst towing the horse float with a horse in it. First was helped by a lovely local called Scott who guided me the 6km from where I was stranded to Bridgetown. Pulled in to the AJB garage an absolute wreck and Ash stopped what he was doing to help me. Despite it being near closing time and being busy on another car, he spent close to 2 hours trouble shooting my ute. He then waited with us till my wonderful friend came to rescue us and pull my horse float back home to Dardanup!!! The ute is staying in Bridgetown with Ash till the part arrives for him to repair it. There are still some good humans out there and these guys are some of them. His lovely wife even nipped round for sneaky horse cuddles. Highly recommend. Excellent service and customer skills. Will be back in future for services etc despite being miles away. Had front brake pads changed, within the hour. Cleaned out the windscreen washer jets. Very friendly and at a great price.

Was very impressed with the service we received here and would highly recommend. We came into Bridgetown with a leaking seal and were relieved to get looked after straight away. Parts were ordered, delivered, and installed all within a matter of hours and we were on our way later that day. Great to have such reliable easy going mechanics in our regional towns, Thanks for getting us back on the road!!

Lovely British accent.. Reliable Bridgetown Mechanic. Don't have to wait over a year to get confirmed date to up grade suspension like some other mechanics in town. Who wouldn't know their left from their right....

I don't often write reviews but thought I would on this occasion because I was impressed with the service provided by Ash at AJS Autos. My daughter borrowed our car and it broke down near Bridgetown. She limped it into town and looked for somewhere to get help. Not knowing anyone in Bridgetown she ended up at AJB Autos.Ash helped out immediately and diagnosed the faulty fuel pump. A new fuel pump had to come from Perth and was ordered immediately. I picked the car up fixed a few days later and I can say that dealing with Ash felt like being helped by a friend.I would happily use them again.

BEWARE #3 worst mechanic ever seen. Is it still the same young unkempt unethical pommy who owns nothing but his fathers poor education running the place, or has it changed ownership? No idea about Australian vehicles? No customer service skills!? Honestly, it was a a horrible experience - Zero. They keep coming back, but only because the issues were not corrected the first, second, and third times :/ If under new ownership - will renew review, the damage is done
