priced quoted for Bridgestone but ended up fitting cheaper delmax told us they were better tyres but after research found out they are not that good

Booked my rx7 in for vehicle inspection very easy hassle free service did it while I waited will be back if I ever need other work done

Rego expired so needed to put car in for inspection. Completed first inspection which I accepted and fixed myself. Took back for 2nd inspection where new items identified or not clearly communicated in first inspection. Poor support and comms on what was needed to pass vehicle which wasted my time and money. Never again will I use this workshop.It’s not hard. Communicate clearly what is needed and where then stick to your list on 2nd inspection

Engine light shows up with code we have no idea and all the noise and vibration on our beloved car. However, it seems not bother me that much since I met this awesome team from Crossroads Mechanic.This is a long story regarding the service I have received from Adam and his Team which I would like to share within our community.I have a VW purchased from VW dealer with 3rd party warranty service. The car is fairly reliable until engine light shows up. The warranty direct me to Vic Park Repco service to have a repair done.The process is straight, waiting part and get done. Until less than a year the engine light shows up again and with associate code.In order save time, I approached Crossroad for repair work. As original part fails within 12 months, Adam recon this should be cover by my previous repair work. However, due to my lack of knowledge of mechanical stuff, such communication is not easy task for me. Adam make the call for me and liaison with my previous repair workshop on my behalf. Adam paitiently explain me what is the issue with plaint English so I can understand.Before the new parts arrive, Adam placed a special relay for me without charge so my car can be driving while I waiting for replace part.Adam and his team, especially the lady at reception update my every few days regarding my order of parts.Upon the day before parts arrived, reception lady give me a call and booked me in. Drop car in the morning, car ready by afternoon.I was preparing made payment, Adam claim they will claim this work and cost part from my previous repair work shop.Adam and his team show me what is highest level customer service you can received from respectful and trustworthy workshop.I also have my two car recently service from his work shop with full details inspection report and photos if any issue can be found.In modern social medical, we only input review if we are dissatisfied. Only few write their appreciation to share with others. Adam and his team definitely worth my 5 mins to write my thankful review.All the best wishes for Adam's workshop and highly recommend to anyone has mechanical need.Miles

The company i work for use them for our inspections for portable compressor trailers. They go above and beyond. Customer service is brilliant. Would reccommend them for all trailer inspections.

Very friendly staff. I dropped my car due to engine warning light on my VW. They scan and diagnosis the code and physically check the fault. Turns out the pump previously fitted by other repair shop is slightly loose. They re-connect all plugs and issue the diagnosis report for me.Upon collecting my car, then I realize the amount due is 0. They do a lot work for free as they believe is it not big deal! What a service! not mention they even communicate on behalf myself with my previous repair to collect all repair information for repairing purpose.I booked my next service with receiption in next 2 weeks despite it still have 2000 yet to due. I feel obligated to take care their business as same way they care their customer.From now on, all 3 cars in my family will be service from this shop and I hope the best for their business.

We were referred to this business for yellow sticker inspection and to licence our horse float. The staff were super friendly and had everything done in enough time to pick up the car and float in the arvo. Very pleased with the service and staff at this place. Will definitely be coming back.

i took my Holden Rodeo ute there for an inspection . It was inspected and found a number of faults with which I had fixed myself and returned to have it reinspected again with everything fixed as required hoping that i would now have my vehicle licensed and the owner mechanic found a lot of other faults with the vehicle I asked him why these new faults had not been identified on the initial inspection I did not get a answer that satisfied me or an apology just an abrupt you will have to get these other things fixed What an inconvenience It meant i would have to pay for another reinspection and spend additional time fixing the vehicle and running around for parts which I could have purchased first time round never again will I use this company.
