Emma, Mick and team really looked after us. Having waited for parts, and those parts be fitted for nearly 2 months by another mechanic, we threw caution to the wind and approached AT&R. Within nine days, our car was back on the road, but yet another (bigger) problem arised (not related), and Emma bent over backwards to fit us back in at one of their busiest times of the season.Fantastic and friendly customer service, and even better job. Thank you team at AT&R.

Mick and the team at Auto Tow were fantastic, what a great friendly true blue fella, couldn't recommend highly enough. My partner and I broke down at Lake argyle, and got a tow from there to their depot at kununurra, swift response and great communication throughout. Nick was a great host and tow truck driver and kindly assisted us throughout and after to our accomodation. Thankyou team. You made a stressful situation far less stressful.Regards Robbie and Maddy

They fitted the wrong shockers to our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Too soft and not self levelling. Resulted in two damaged tyres due to the resulting excess camber. We had to pay to have the correct shockers fitted when we returned to Melbourne Very disappointed

Never go there! We paid almost 400 dollars to fix the fuel pump, then he didn't fix anything! He just put some silicone for 30 dollars. We're at another mechanic in Broome and his amazing repair" wasn't the right solution! He destroyed the fuel pump with his f*cking silicone !!! He even didn't see the right problem. I repeat : Don't go there."

My car did 3 differents bad noises and no one wanted take time for have a look on that! I was in travelling so not too much time... fortunaly at this place the mecanic has taken my car right now and fix it for a normal cost of labourer really honesty. He replace bar absorber. The other noise we couldn't fix it because it come from my drive shaft nut he gave my good tips for do it myself on the cheapest way

We was towed from lake argyle in 2020,They first told us that it was one of are injectors, we waited 2 weeks later and thenTold us that are engine was up the creek. 13k later with a rebuilt engine that I had to personally freight up myself because they said that it was going to be close to 16k.After returning to the garageI was told to f-off out of the shop because i was complaining about a loud klunking noise coming from the engine bay.The owner shouted out , (that was originally there)We left kunnsrra with an engine that didn’t sound Wright and no air con.Cheers guys

WARNING: Was towed off the Gibb by this firm referred by RACV. Auto Tow and Repair said I needed Diff Repair priced at $2,300. After speaking with my home mechanic I obtained a second opinion and Trev Mech at Kununurra repaired the diff pinion seals for $300. Be very careful is my experience so get a second opinion.

Don't go to this place ! We changed our shockies there and also wanted to do our road safety inspection. We are pretty sure that these guys cutted a hole in a steering rack with a knife because there wasn't any hole before . To funny that the mechanic mentioned it to me afterwards when he showed me the issues" the car had. He mentioned things on the inspection which aren't important for the road safety because we later did the inspection in Broome again without any problems .."
