Totally staggered by the service of this establishment. We had a starting issues with our Mercedes Sprinter and needed RAC to assist with starting. They could not fix the problem there and then and obviously it needed looking at before we stopped the engine next time. After trying two places that both said it would be a week and a half before they could look at it we ended up at Tripoint Automotive. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed by Josh who was more than happy to stop what he was doing and looked at it straight away even though it was as hot as hell and straight off the road. It didn't take long and we were back on the road again. We can totally recommend this company and it's so refreshing in 2022 and reminds us of a bygone era.Thanks so much Josh

A appointment was made with the workshop this morning for Mike and his team to diagnose the rattling noise observed to be coming from the rear of my car.Josh took a drive and managed to pinpoint what was causing the rattling noise. He was quick in fixing the issue. He even recorded the problem on his phone and showed me the recording. We took the car for a drive thereafter and amazingly the rattling sound was gone.When I approached Mike to pay for the work done, he told me no charge, it’s free. However I insisted on paying, eventually he charged me for the labour hour spent.I found them truly sincere, experienced and professional.Highly recommended.Cheers, Jerry.

I had a great experience with Tripoint. I'm travelling around Australia and turned up without an appointment. They stopped what they were doing and diagnosed the problem on the spot, got the part for it and got me back on my way.

Mike & the Tripoint team are my go to Mercedes Garage. They serviced, diagnosed and repaired issues with my recently purchased CLA 45 AMG. Highly Professional. Highly knowledgeable and you understand immediately Mikes 30+ years working on Mercedes Cars. The team knows these things backwards. Great communication, and very glad to have them close by in Joondalup! The Car is running better than ever and would not hesitate to recommend to any Mercedes owner.

Had a coolant thermostat replaced yesterday (2016 W205). From start to end, Mike and Josh were professional, open and real pleasant to deal with. The price quoted is extremely competitive, compared to MB service centre and the drop off/pick up service was also an added bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and will be back next time.
