We booked in to have the universal joints looked at and replaced ,along with a service at 8am,, we live 20kms away and had our hilux there before 8am, we were told it would take 2hrs so we drove in to pick it up at 11am, and were told that it would not be ready until 2pm, again we drove into town to pick it up and were told that they couldn't do the universal joints until next week!! with the 120kms round trips we were very upset as I lost a day's pay! and will never go back to this disorganized place again! Blew an oil cooler hose just outside of Mt Barker. The guys at crofts automotive were the only mechanics in town who would look at my car straight away and fixed the car by fashioning a new hose . Got me back on the road and at a more than reasonable price. Absolute legend these guys.
