The Team at Pedersen came recommended to me - finally a mechanic that does check with you BEFORE fixing anything and then charging you regardless - the follow up was punctual and the Service is great. Phil & Fiona are two locals that have been servicing my families' cars for many years now, and just recently started servicing my first car. Fiona is very kind and punctual in making bookings and offering advice over the phone. Phil is always on time, provides updates and recommendations, and walks you through the services he does which is very thoughtful and informative. I'm very happy with the service they provide.

Awesome service that’s well priced and honest. I Had my logbook service done and am very happy, will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. They are a pretty Small workshop with personalised service, they do general servicing and only minor repairs, much cheaper than the dealerships and others but don’t expect a fancy waiting room with free coffee and wifi ect.I Had a great overall experience. Thanks guys I’ll be back for my next service

Excellent service! Fiona was friendly throughout the whole process. It was my first time using their service, she made sure I understood the issues with my car and the repair options. Phil took the time to explain about what was wrong. He did a great job with the car. Will definitely keep coming back.

Fiona and the team were amazing! Customer Service was above and beyond, Car wasn't working they agreed to inspect it and allowed our vehicle to stay at the mechanics for a few weeks until we could have it moved. After Weeks spent at the Mechanics and Checking over the car - they did not charge anything. Also recommended a company who could tow our car at a cheap price and wreckers who would buy our car. We will be back again, as they have proved to be nothing less than amazing. This is a company that will not let you down. 5 Stars for sure!

The way we found Petersen Automotive my wife locked her keys in the car and Phil came out to help that was 2 years ago. Since then my wife and I have not looked for another mechanic. Phil and Fiona are the only mechanic we trust. Now as I'm a towie operator and the vehicles I pick up I always recommend Petersen Automotive.
