I had a whole bunch of issues with my 335i. Electrics, brakes and transmission. I called up the guys at BM Techniks and they could not have been more helpful. From the initial phone call to collecting my repaired car, nothing was a problem for them. Their customer service was spot on, mechanical knowledge first rate, and pricing surprisingly much better then their immediate competition. I can not rate them high enough. Thank you and well done guys. You have a new loyal customer.

My BMW had been to a mechanic then BMW itself to try and fix my problem of my stop/start not working. Paid for a new battery then paid for a new starter motor and none worked. After being done for a few thousand dollars I came across these guys with no confidence.They diagnosed the alternator! They fixed it and I’ve never looked back. It’s now due for a service so I’ll be calling again.

Andrew,Alex and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.They are very down to earth and easy going, very knowledgeable about the BMW product and were very accommodating to my needs. Nothing was too difficult for them.As a qualified mechanic I can confidently say that your car is safe with these guys, I will certainly use them again for my BMW.

I’ve been taking my BMW’s to Andy for many years, I’m now onto my M3, and I can’t speak highly enough of Andy, his knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend him and his team, they are meticulous with my car. I will not entrust anyone else with my M3!!

I got a Pre-Purchase inspection done before purchasing my used 320i F30 . All the staff are very courteous and seem very professional in their conduct. I even got a shuttle to/from the galleria shops while the first service was being done. I'm very happy with the job

Have had nothing but good experiences with the guys at BM. Have helped me get my grandads old E39 over the pits and back on the road. Were super honest and up front regarding all works and costs etc. Gave me an extensive, prioritsed list of things to repair in my own time that i can get them to do over the next year. Jo at the desk is super personable and seems to remember me every time! Can't imagine going anywhere else.
